Disclaimers and Caveats
When you sign up for a seminar, you will have to validate the following as true and accepted...
- You are over the age of 18 or over the age of 13 with a parent or guardian in attendance.
- You understand that these seminars are going to be conducted out-of-doors at locations that may not be suitable for those with special needs and/or disabilities.
- That you are solely responsible for your own safety and security and also solely responsible for lost, stolen, or broken items.
- The weather is a factor and seminars may be delayed (by one day... Saturday to Sunday) if the weather is bad OR cancelled altogether. If there is a complete cancellation on the part of Matthew Didier or Sue Darroch, all deposits will be refunded. If you are not/can not attend after paying the deposit, then the entire deposit is forfeit and is non-refundable.
- That other than the above, all deposits are non-refundable. Only for a complete cancellation will refunds be available.
- Sue Darroch and Matthew Didier are NOT responsible for any injury (phyisical or otherwise) during the event or after and that you take full responsibilities for your own person(s).
- The deposit for the seminars will be $5.00 per person... payable at least one-week in advance of the seminar.
- The remaining $5.00 per person in attendance will/must be paid at the event.
- Equipment is not provided aside from the booklet of information and a writing tool. If you wish to bring your own cameras/recording devices/meters, this is not only recommended, but encouraged (within reason).
- A flashlight or other light is highly recommended.
- Sue and Matthew will bring sensitive field equipment (such as digital probe thermometer, EMF meter, infra-red video camera, as well as our own digital and magnetic audio recording devices) for use and demonstration, but may not be "lending" these pieces out to people at the site. This is at their own discretion.
- There are NO guarantees of seeing/experiencing/capturing anything paranormal on these evenings. We will be in reportedly "haunted" locations, but it's not a given that something will occur.
- These events/seminars are NOT official PSICAN/GHRS/ParaResearcher events. Although Matthew and Sue are involved with these groups, this is a private venture from the two of them.
- Sue and Matthew reserve the right to remove/eject any participant of these events that is being disruptive, causing alarm for other participants, breaking any of the "field rules" laid out at the begining of each seminar, or otherwise causing any problems for the other participants or Matthew and Sue in their efforts.
