English Ghosts
I am currently reading The English Ghost: Spectres Through Time by Peter Ackroyd (no relation to actor Dan who spells his name differently) It's definitely a not a bad collection of ghostly and haunting reports and interesting to see how the English ghost has evolved so to speak through the centuries. I will probably review this one for the PSICAN site. So far it's proving to be a fun read. 
Speaking of English ghosts, my most favourite fictional English ghost story The Woman In Black was recently adapted for the big screen. You can read my review of this film on my personal blog if interested by clicking on the link.
