The Royal York one is interesting as family have stayed there in the past and mentioned it was haunted. I wonder what room(s) people are having these experiences.
It's also interesting to see all private residences spring up. I wonder if the media are driving this and this is a new sensation, or people are becoming more aware, or that hauntings are simply on the rise this year.
So far Alberta has seen a fair share in reports as well, much more than last year.

Ghostboy -> Thanks for the kind words :) I think more people are either comfortable discussing their experiences or there are just places (thanks to the www) where they can now share them.As for the Royal York reports it is more than one room, but in order to preemptively avoid any possible legal issues we do not publish the exact room numbers.
