Losing Weight With Folk Medicine

We have been on a health kick lately, not just trying to lose some extra weight, but we our working on getting more healthy overall. Since most of the weight loss supplements that are out on the market are either not too healthy or simply do not work we have turned to more traditional slimming products like apple cider vinegar, and teas like green tea for a more natural approach. You can learn more about weight loss supplements at the page I linked to for this entry. Oh, and I'll let you know how we are doing in a few week's time.
