Sometime in 1995, or perhaps 1994, I think I may have witnessed a UFO. I was around 10 years old at the time and dismissed this as a dream. In this "dream" something woke me up, and when I opened by bedroom door, I noticed the entire family heading out the back entrance. I followed, and when we reached the back yard, we all looked up, and saw this circle of circling lights. The best way I could describe it is a disk with lights around the edge, just circling, circling. It started to get lower and lower to the ground, and that's when I noticed all the neighbours also outside staring at this thing. I remember a feeling of some sort of communication, and that's where my memory ends. The next morning I mentioned the "dream" to my grandmother, who oddly and abruptly told me that she "did not want to hear about it" and that I was to "not talk about it again."

What keeps bothering me are a few things in that "Dream" that don't match up with other dreams I've had before or since.

One is that if something new is added (say a new door in the house) I don't dream about that for months after. The day of this dream we had new steps installed in the back yard, and they were in the dream. Second, most of my dreams occur in the day time, but in this dream I, and my entire family, were wearing our PJ's, and not just PJ's, but the one's we went to bed with that night.

While I don't remember the exact date, I do know it happened sometime between September 1 1994 and July1 1995, and I'm pretty sure it was either the fall or spring, as it was cool outside. At the time I lived in the Sheppard and Meadowvale area of Scarborough (Toronto) Ontario. If this was more then just a dream, surly someone else in the area must have some kind of memory of the event.
