The Darker The Better
When it comes to sleep I prefer a very dark room for optimal rest. Window Blinds are therefore a must in my own bedroom, and I find those that provide maximum protection from the light the very best. SelectBlinds offers a huge selection to Canadian shoppers directly online. You might have heard of them as suppliers of window treatments on Extreme Makeover Home Edition or read about them via the Toronto Star amongst other media sources.
They offer the best blind in my opinion for maximum light protection with their light filter Roman Shades which are functional, but still look really good.
I find the darker the room, the more enhanced dreams become as well, and find that lucid dreaming is far easier to achieve.
