I was trolling through one of Toronto's older used book stores recently, and found this gem. It is the Encyclopaedia of Psychic Science, by Nandor Fodor, and I picked up a first edition (1933), which is inscribed in the front.
"This book contains a fair sample of the kind of material which will be encountered by a student who decides to enter on the quest of studying psychic science. A very complete encyclopaedia on the issues of psychical research and spiritualism. The inquirer needs no initiation, no preparation, no mystic disposition and no special faculties to learn from this text. Illustrated throughout."
I purchased this must-have book for every Parapsychologist's collection for $15.00. It's hardcover, and in mint condition!
I LOVE used book shops!
