Wordless Wednesday - Dumbo Octopus

This weird looking creature is the rarely photographed Dumbo Octopus.

Scientists say that the waters off the Canadian east coast are just teeming with all sorts of exotic, and strange creatures. Who knows what else might be discovered within the north Atlantic's murky depths?

Check out this CTV article entitled:

"East Coast teems with new underwater species"

Happy Wordless Wednesday, and thank you for stopping by!

what an odd looking creature. I think I would be scared to encounter one of those.

I wouldn't want to touch it (and I'm sure it wouldn't want to touch me, unless it were hungry), but I think sea creatures are awesome and beautiful.
