UFO Spotted Over Stratford-Upon-Avon

A crowd of 100 stunned stargazers brought a town centre to a standstill when five mysterious UFOs were spotted hovering in the sky.

Drinkers spilled out of pubs, motorists stopped to gawp and camera phones were aimed upwards as the five orbs, in a seeming formation, hovered above Stratford-Upon-Avon for half an hour.

The unidentified flying objects lit up the otherwise clear night sky above Shakespeare's birthplace in Warwickshire on Saturday.

Personally my jury is out as to what this may be. I think it is imperative that a trained UFO field investigator take a good look at this event. Currently the theories put forth so far are pure speculation, and some rather silly at that. Take a look at the commentary section of the link posted above, and you'll see what I mean.

I don't know what it could have been. I agree someone should take a closer look at this. It could be a military thing.

The Phoenix lights were debunked, weren't they?

This looks so familiar, but I can't place from where I've seen similar lights. Man, I wish I could remember where, but if my memory is on target, the first time I saw that it wasn't a UFO. I agree, a good investigator should look into this.

Sue -> The Phoenix lights or whatever they were are still sort of up in the air so to speak .. :) Much speculation was tossed out like wet macaroni on a refrigerator door, but nothing really stuck. Most UFO sightings are likely IFOs, but there are many that do seemingly defy any sort of natural or man-made explanation.

Wow! That's exactly like something my dad was trying to explain that he saw in Texas years ago! The pictures help me get an idea of what he was looking for. unfortunately, no one looked into it. I hope they investigate this one, especially with so many witnesses.

my uncle seen something similiar to this, he got video footage of it, a strange object whizzing through the sky, much too small for a areoplane, whatever it was, was something strange, it whizzed about for a good couple of minutes if not longer, and whizzed off, something military perhaps? or something that proves life exists, if you would like footage of this, contact me on heathersadler_6@yahoo.co.uk and ill ask my uncle if i can upload it and send it to you.
