Free Motivational Software
If you are in need of some extra motivation you might want to check out this motivation software I came across today! It is free to download (and free is always the best price), and easy to configure.
Basically what it does is gives you motivational messages from your computer, in my case as I try to quit smoking these messages could be a positive reinforcement of my goals.
At first I was worried that spyware may be attached, but in their FAQ they guarantee that the software is free from malware, spyware etc. And the company provides full support for their product.

I think it's a really great concept based on a proven method that has now been brought into the computer age.
