And The Award Goes To.....

We have been honoured by Andrea with a blogging award/meme called the Thinking Blogger Award! And it now our turn to bestow this award onto other deserving bloggers!

First here are the rules:

1. If, and only if, you get tagged, write a post with links to 5 blogs that make you think.

2. Link to this post so that people can easily find the exact origin of the meme.

3. Optional: Proudly display the 'Thinking Blogger Award' with a link to the post that you wrote, here is a silver version and a gold version.

And now on to our chosen winners! And let me tell you it was very difficult to be limited to just five!

1. Life At The Edge - Nicola's fantastic blog! Each day Nicola posts something that not only makes us think about the world around us, but is usually accompanied by gorgeous imagery. One of our absolute faves!

2. The Spicy Cauldron - Andy's blog is another daily read of ours. I cannot tell you how often his blog has made me laugh, cry, want to scream in frustration, smile, and just feel. Thought provocative - simply excellent!

3. The Yellow Dog Granny - No-nonsense tell it like it is whether you like it or not! This is another blog that often sends me into fits of giggles, while forcing me to open my eyes, ears, and mind to the state of things in the USA and globally. Jackie-Sue is not for the faint of heart!

4. Cyber Outlaw - Some of the best creative writing on the net that I have ever come across! Check it out for yourself, but I'm warning you, you will get lost for hours.

5. Odd Things - Dustin's blog featuring scientific and paranormal news, a must read for all who love anything and everything oddly! Another daily read of ours.

Congratulations to ALL of the blogs listed above! Each of you is truly a gem within the blogsphere. No, you don't have to participate in this, but if you do please let us know so that we can check out your own "thinking blog" choices.

Thank you so much Andrea! Your support and kindness has always meant so much to us!

Oh this is wonderful! I'm sorry to come to it so late, having been struck down all week with the flu but when I'm better I will most definitely do the deed of getting that entry written, with the links!

Thing is, I think nearly all the blogs on my links page make me think. They certainly provoke as much as they entertain. I'll have to give this some serious consideration. Choices, choices!

But what a wonderful meme! x
