A new article by Guy Lyon Playfair
This important new article reviews the few proven cases of fraud in modern parapsychology. The malpractices of Soal, Levy and Wirth are dealt in detail.
Whilst the activities of these would-be imposters brought some discredit on mainstream parapsychology at the time, the author points out that, compared with conventional science, the incidence of fraud has been low. The unequalled standards of rigour which now apply in psi research owe something to the embarrassments of the past.

A very good article. I agree with the point that paranormal researchers have to be extra-stringent with their methods because of main stream scientists tending to scoff.
